No. LifeScan does not provide form completion. We only perform the chest X-ray component and issue the official radiologist report and radiograph copy. You can take these results to a clinic/doctor of your choice, or we can recommend our partner clinics to complete your forms.
How quickly will I receive my work permit X-ray results?
We aim to issue all health screening chest X-ray results within 1 to 2 hours maximum, and often even faster. The PDF report for the doctor and a digital copy of the radiograph for your own records are emailed to you as soon as possible after payment.
Do I need a doctor's referral to book a work permit X-ray?
