Preparation & Referral Guidelines

- No Calcium Supplements: Do not give your child calcium supplements on the morning of their scan, as undigested tablets can affect spine readings.
- Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing without metal snaps, buttons, or zippers. A clinical gown will be provided if needed.
